Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING

BWL&G processes all orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and as soon as your payment is verified. business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not process or ship items on Saturday, Sundays or US Federal Holidays. For order placed on these days, please allow for the following business day for your order to be processed. Delivery is dependent on our carriers (UPS/USPS) and can be subject to weather delays and disruptions. 

 

***Orders may take longer than usual to process during sale seasons such and Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other the like therein.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause additional delays beyond provided delivery estimates. International orders are categorized as placed outside of the Continental US. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

BWL&G processes and completes orders as quickly as possible. if you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order at customer-service@shopbwlg.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will make every effort to accommodate all requests in this matter.

 

WHAT TO DO IF A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT?

For products that are sold out, please find the ‘Notify Me When Available’ button on the product page and add your email address to the waitlist. Once the product is back in stock, we will send you an email of the update via your provided email.

 

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED

If you receive your order and an item is damaged, we are here to help. Please email photos of the damaged products, a brief description of said damage to your item and your order number to our customer support team at customer-service@shopbwlg.com. We will follow up with the next steps as soon as possible.

 

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DOES BWL&G OFFER?

For ALL domestic Continental US orders, you will receive complimentary Standard Shipping with orders >$100 USD. We offer standard shipping (2-5  business days). To ensure the best delivery experience, we ship using the top shipping carriers (UPS & USPS).

 

For International Orders and Non- Continental US orders, we offer standard International Shipping calculated in real time when you enter checkout. We are diligently working hard to improve on our international rates as well as expedited shipping options. Depending on your country, import/ customs fees may be applied to your order. Standard International Shipping takes an average 2-3 weeks delivery time.

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

BWL&G ships Worldwide. Due to Covid19 restrictions, we are only aware of shipping disruptions as they are made aware to us. We review this list weekly and will be shipping to these affected countries again as soon as it allowed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We at BWL&G completely understand that everything won’t look amazing on you, though we strive to achieve this. Hence, unworn, unused items in new- condition with tags attached are able to be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation. If 14 days have passed since delivery confirmation, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must ALSO be in the original packaging and the tags/ labels must be attached.

 

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. The return policy does not apply to products that are intimate, sanitary goods or hazardous i.e. underwear/ socks. Additionally, we do not accept returns or refunds for any digital products or e- gift cards.

 

To return your product, you should contact our customer support team at customer-service@shopbwlg.comand someone will assist you with your return. Please express the reason for your return in your email along with your order number.

 

You, the consumer, is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are shipping an item over $70 USD, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service option or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Please note that the product can only be exchanged for a different size ONCE. If it needs to be exchanged a second time, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we sill send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the rejection of the refund. 

 

In the event of a return being rejected, BWL&G will again return the goods to you, the customer, and you will be billed for additional shipping for said rejected return.

 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method of payment, within a certain number of days; this is not directly or exclusively controlled by BWL&G.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Once you have received an email from BWL&G firming up your refund, please allow 2-7 business days for monies to reach your original payment method.

 

EXCHANGES

If you need to make an exchange, please send us and email to our customer support team at customer-service@shopbwlg.com with your enquiry on said exchange.

 

If you encounter any problems during the exchange process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

 

MISSING ITEMS

If in the event you are missing a part of your order, first and foremost, check your package carefully. In most cases, the items may still be int he box or mailer. Before you become worried that some items are missing from your order, ensure that you have thoroughly checked that packing materials. In some cases, some items are shipped separately and you would receive separate tracking numbers.

 

If there is indeed missing items from your order, we are more than happy to help. Please email photos of the shipping label and the packaging with the items received, a brief description of the situation along with your order number to customer-service@shopbwlg.com. We will follow up with the next steps as soon as possible.

 

You, the customer, have 14 days upon confirmation of delivery about your missing item(s). After 14 days have passed since delivery confirmation, BWL&G cannot offer any refunds or reshipping of missing item(s), regretfully.

 

LOST PACKAGES

BWL&G are not responsible or liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped  and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, BWL&G are not held responsible if your package(s) have been misplaced. Stolen/ Lost are nonrefundable under any circumstances. If you have any queries, please contact our customer support team at customer-service@shopbwlg.com and we will try our best to assist you in this matter.
